K Kakes is a fully registered and insured home-based business with 5* EHO certification. Born out of a mother’s desire to create special cakes for her  children, you can rest assured that only the best will be presented by K Kakes.

Creative Director and Designer Chisom Okeke (Chi) established K Kakes out of a desire to design and create special memorable cakes by listening to her clients and bringing their vision to light.

A mum of 3, Chi is driven by her love for unique yet elegant designs. Chi has a classic, feminine approach to cake design, combined with an eye for detail stemming from her pharmacy background and a flair to include on-trend styles with a twist resulting in flawless intricate designs.

Chi has always been a keen baker. She has baked right from a young age by watching and helping her mother bake as well as taking classes in school but never decorated. After being disappointed wither her 1st daughter’s christening and 1st birthday cakes which she ordered, she vowed to learn how to decorate. after many hours of reading books, watching youtube videos, she was able to successfully decorate her first cake and unlocked a hidden passion.
