Tasting and Consultation

All of our consultations are via email. A free 15minutes discovery call is also available and can be arranged by sending us an email.

 

 At point of enquiry we ask that you send;

*your wedding date,

*name and full address of your venue,

*a detailed description of your dream wedding cake,

*any special dietary requirements or  allergies

*wedding cake budget

Sending us your ideal cake shape/numbers of tiers, serving number required, your mood boards, invitations, any image or colour schemes or design elements that you would like us to use to as inspiration will help the process. 

​

We also highly recommended you give us your wedding cake budget at this point. This means that we can tell you straight away if and what we can offer for your budget.

​

Once we receive all the information, we would send you a quote. If you are happy to proceed, £100.00 non refundable booking fee is then required to secure your date. once received a sketch if needed will be sent within a reasonable time. If necessary, we may offer a zoom consultation to go over design details.

We aim to finalise all details 8 to 12 weeks before your wedding date (this may be less during busy period but 4 weeks before) Final balance is due 4 weeks before your wedding date.

Tasting are available by use of tasting boxes which  are posted via next day service but can also be collected from us.  We can only send to a UK address. The tasting boxes contains 6 set flavours and are available periodically, you can register your interest by contacting us or look out for advertisements on our social media pages and website. Price to be announced at time of each release. If you require a flavour not in the set, you can order a small 4inch size of the flavour.

Delivery and set up

​

We strongly recommend delivery and set up of wedding cakes especially tiered cake. Delivery charges are calculated based on mileage and travel time. We charge £45 for setup/installation of cake at Venue (where installation is anticipated to take over 90minutes fees will be  discussed separated).This means that we will have your cake correctly displayed. Alternatively we can deliver the cake boxed to the contact person. We will give you an arrival time based on information provided by yourself/planner or your venue dresser regarding time the venue will be ready.

Price guide

​

Our wedding cakes are finished in ganache, uniquely designed and made for each couple, hence we can only provide guide prices for budgeting purposes. Prices below are base price  for round cakes of approximately 7 inches tall.  Final price will be determined by choice of flowers, addition of intricate textures and designs

Single tier - serves  up to 30 guests - £225

2 tier- serves up to 40 guest - £295

2 tier- serves up to 75 guests - £425

3 tier - serves up to 100 guests - £575

4 tier - serves up to 150 guests - £695

5 tiers serving up to 250 guests starts from £975.00

Taller tiers and double barrel (approx.10-12 inches) cakes, as well as other shapes and larger tiers are also available
